Q. What file formats and what resolution works best?
A. Typically, most digital cameras produce jpeg files, and these are perfect! The
best canvas prints start with the best photo, and that usually means resolution. For
best results, we recommend a camera with 5 Mega pixel capability. This ensures
adequate resolution for your print, especially for larger canvas prints. If your
camera is not capable of this resolution, make sure it is set at its highest setting.
We recommend a file size of at least 400kb in size. Encore will ALWAYS
inform you should the resolution not be adequate BEFORE we print, and we are
only a call or an email away to help! Additionally, we also work with high
resolution PDF and TIF files.
Q. What if my picture is not proportional with the size of canvas I want?
A. Encore will contact you before printing. In most cases, cropping the photo will result
in the desired effect. However, we will only print a cropped image after you have approved
a proof file which we will email to you.
Q. Will Encore re-touch my photo?
A. Yes, if you want this service. We provide 15 minutes of re-touching at no cost. If,
however, your re-touching requires additional time, we will call to inform you of what
additional costs will be incurred.
Q. What if I don’t like the final result?
A. Encore Impressions is a service first company. If you don’t like your print, simply
return it to us within 10 days for a 100% refund. We want you to be happy so you tell
more people about our service! .
Q. How quickly will my print be produced?
A. Encore will have your print completed within 3 business days, unless we have
difficulty contacting you for resolution of any issue related to your photo.
Q. Can you produce copyrighted images?
A. Only with the consent of the copyright holder.
Q. How will my canvas be shipped to me?
A. Your canvas print will ship via UPS ground, and will arrive 3-4 business days after ordering. Shipping is an additional $14.95, but local customers can pick up thier print free of charge. All canvas prints which are shipped are securely packaged to ensure the safe arrival of your product.
